How it works

This scorecard has been developed by a team of experienced weight specialists, health & wellbeing coaches & hypnotherapists to help you identify which areas you need to focus on in order to never diet again but keep the weight off without the exhausting, soul destroying mental gymnastics, food focus, diets & exercise plans.
You'll be scored against the following key areas in mind, body & emotional wellness with your authentic spirit in mind.
Purpose
You're clear on what you want & how you want to live. You have clear direction in all your life domains. You have your purpose & drive. Because without clear direction, you're like a boat in the ocean without a tiller, letting the tides of life pull you in each direction.

Inner-Connection
You know yourself, your emotional triggers, the underlying root cause of your habits, what has created your map of the world & how to connect with yourself on a deeper level. You can't change what you don't know exists.

Emotional Wellness
You've healed the wounds of the past & created new ways of responding to emotions. You're ok with feelings & your emotions do not run the show anymore. If you can't handle your feelings your feelings they will handle you & you'll find ways to avoid them.

Empowerment
You live life authentically, assertively, in your personal power, strive for equality, love who you are and live without judgment. Only you can make you happy and you actively take steps in living a life full of joy.
Physical Wellbeing
You eat well, love food & are focused on nutrition, not calories, you don't judge your food choices & have great healthy habits. Gut health is important to you, you move authentically, sleep well, & practise self-care. You can't change from a place of exhaustion & illness. Wellness is everthing.
